Authorized represents the entry level within Mitel’s Global Partner Program. Authorized level partners have completed required sales and technical training on at least one of Mitel’s core UC platforms. Along with their educational investment, Authorized partners have also met a minimum level of sales performance. They can offer post-sales support to their end-customers.
