Platinum represents the highest medal level within Mitel’s Global Partner Program. Platinum partners have completed the highest number of sales and technical training on at least one of Mitel’s core UC platforms, as well as advanced education in various applications such as Mitel’s contact center offering. Along with their educational investment, Platinum partners have met the highest sales performance threshold and have many installed Mitel seats within their customer base available as references. They are fully qualified to deliver post-sales support to their end-customers.
