Gold represents the second or middle medal level within Mitel’s Global Partner Program. Gold partners have completed required sales and technical training on at least one of Mitel’s core UC platforms, as well as education in various applications such as Mitel’s contact center offering. Along with their educational investment, Gold partners have met a higher level of sales performance and have an established number of installed Mitel seats within their customer base. They are fully qualified to deliver post-sales support to their end-customers.
