Silver represents the first medal level within Mitel’s Global Partner Program. Silver level partners have completed required sales and technical training on at least one of Mitel’s core UC platforms. Along with their educational investment, Silver partners have also met a required level of sales performance. They can offer post-sales support to their end-customers.
